NieR: Automata™ is an action-packed video game from Square Enix. It takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where humans have fled to the moon after being invaded by mechanical aliens from another planet. In order to retake Earth, a group of androids called YoRHa were created to defeat the invading forces and reclaim the planet for humanity.
Players take on the role of different YoRHa androids throughout the game, each with their own abilities and unique combat style. The gameplay is a combination of hack-and-slash combat and RPG elements, where players can upgrade their weapons and skills to increase their combat prowess.
